installing oracle 8.0.3 on DEC UNIX

Hi I am trying to install oracle 8.0.3 on DEC UNIX with ORACLE_TERM as vt200. But during the intital setting up of the UNIX environment I realised that there is no Digital Trucluster software version 1.4, OSF motif mvm window manager, and distributed lock manager. But when I start the oracle installer for (without the parallel mode) the motif mode (./Orainst /m) I get a message as:

Xlib: connection to "IP address" refused by server Xlib: Client is not authorised to connect to server

A problem occured with the oracle installer. Try reinstalling it from distribution media. Or, you can provide the following message to support to debug the problem:

User Interface Failure: Window sysytem startup

Result: User Interface failure: Window system startup

I would appreciate it very much if somebody could kindly help me with some more info in this.
