If you mean Oracle8 Server running on Win95, i don't think it can...but then again I don't know for sure.

If you mean running Oracle8 Client on Win95, then yes, it is possible. But make sure you don't have WinSock2 installed!! Oracle8 Client stuff does not work with WinSock2.
