Dblink doesn't work

Hello,

We have both RDBMS 8.0.5 and 7.3.4 on Sparc Sun Solaris. All works fine, except dblink from 8.0.5 to 7.3.4. E.g. Sqlplus is connected and working pretty well.

When we are tried to create dblink , we got the error ORA-12663: Service required by client not available on the server.

If anyone has solved the similar problem, please, write me.
