OEM uses Oracle Intelligent Agent to do its work like schedule jobs, monitor events.

You have created a repository, yes, or you would not be this far.

You have started Oracle Intelligent Agent on the boxes you wish to monitor, yes?

Have you gone into Navigator -> Service Discovery -> Discover Services? OEM must discover the Oracle Intelligent Agents running on the boxes. When it discovers these, they will become available destinations.
