Re: Newbie: What Service name to use

The service name is required only if you are using Net8. If you are running the Data Manager off the same machine as the database, you don't net Net8 just the proper registry/environment settings. Therefore, the service name should be left blank and you should use the username/password system/manager and connect as normal.
