Hello,

            You have few more step two do to be able to connect internal without password files.

  1. NT user should be a member of the NT local NT group ORA_ORA8_DBA
  2. SQLNET.ORA files must have the parameter SQLNET.AUTHENTICATION_SERVICES= (NTS)
            It's not mandatory to change the remote_login_password parameter to be able to connect wothout password. Both work together.
