Remote user cannot access my databases, yet I can. He is using the same
tnsnames, sql.ora and oracle.ini. It is oracle 7.3 running on NT server 4.0
The listener is up and running....after I can access the DB. I am stuck as how
to troubleshoot anymore, tracing gave me a 12203 message, but it doesn't make
sense.
