you need to add the group "dba" to your /etc/group file. I take it you have already added the user "oracle" to /etc/passwd? if not, do that, and put user "oracle" into the "dba" group along with yourself. that should get you one step further at least.
PS: make sure the DBA group is set to "dba" if you had the opportunity
to change that during the install.
