Ok, big questions :::::

Oracle 7.3 and Oracle 8.0 can be installed into the same Oracle Home.
Oracle 8.0.4 can be installed in a new home.
Oracle 8.0.4 can not be installed in a 8.0.3 home.
Only ONE version of Enterprise Manager can reside on a machne (and Intelligent agent).

I would recommend : Having the default oracle home with 7.3 and 8.0.4/5/6 in separate oracle homes, then keep the latest Enterprise Manager on a separate machine.
