I have just made a new (2nd) database with Oracle8 on windows NT. When i
reboot my server my new database does not start up. I have both the
OracleService and the OracleStart service running and set to automatic. I
have set the sysid of the new database to be the defaut database in the
registry. Is there something else i need to set? I cannot use the Oracle
Database Assistant b/c the Java stuff is not running on my machine.
