Hi Olivier,

I had a similar problem, installing Oracle 7.3 on a Open VMS system. The error message suggested a SGA-problem in relation to the available memory-pages. It turned out to be a security problem (the user who started the database should have a 'identifier'ORA_SGA) Since I'm not familiar with Solaris, I could not help you with the syntax, but try to look in that direction.
