You should never shutdown immediate before taking a backup. In the future shutdown immediate, startup restrict and shutdown normal. This has caused an inconsisntency in your datafiles since all of the redo was not updated to

your datafiles. At this point you could try clearing the redo logs and opening
with resetlogs.
