I had the same problem, but much more often than Dana (a few times a day) very recently working for a client in Mexico City, Mexico . However, Oracle Tech Support in Mexico City told me the solution was to install Microsoft Service Pack 3 (for NT). We did not have a chance to test the solution, because the client was so far behind, I don't think they had any of the Service Packs installed (their NT installation was brand new). A few weeks later, we found out that my PC had the same IP address as someone else's PC. Once the IP addresses were straightened out, I had that problem two, maybe three times a week.

The other funny thing is that, a few days after Oracle Tech Support gave their solution, I read in the March edition of "NT Magazine" that the last Service Pack for is #2. So, I agree with Marc that it's a bug.
