You can afford to upgrade to Oracle 10.2.0 yet can't, or won't, find the money to upgrade to at least Windows XP? Is your application so crippled that it can't run on anything newer than NT4? And, if that's true, how are you able to upgrade to Oracle 10.2.0? I expect the application, if it's that handicapped, is only certified for Oracle 7.3.4 so you'll lose vendor support.
Your request, and the situation surrounding it, make no sense.
