Ok I'll rephrase it, the base release per platform. Sometimes the base
release for a relatively unusual or new platform is not the absolute
base.
It would be interesting to see if 10.2.0.3 for Vista, is the same as patched 10.2.0.3 for windows generally. I suspect it is and they didn't bother to go back and certify 10.2.0.1.
