culture (scarcasm aside, I do realize the MS crowd out there has been
spoiled compared to the UNIX-IBM-Oracle crowd)
and whenever we peer over the fence from ms land you deal with the
outcome of this spoiling of people who are used to being able to find
the answer
they seek quickly (well, usually) without reading 10 books.
