Oracle has been kind enough to expose their product-platform certification matrix to the public at http://www.oracle.com/technology/support/metalink/index.html

I don't recall seeing Linux/MIPS recently, just Linux on IBM/System Z, IBM/Power, Itanium and x86.

You may want to check with Oracle sales.
