I'll start reading materials that I've got from you. After a while, when I know things better I'll try to find some Oracle courses.

My first goal is to learn basic things about PL/SQL programming.

What editor you recommend me for executing simple PL/SQL scripts?

Where can I find some simple tutorials with scripts (PL programming, triggers involved, etc.)?
