Dan,
I am confused.. App Express is not part of a license.. If you have a 9i
R3 or 10g database you can install the product.. I did not there were
limitations on its usage..
Can go into some details on this, since I am moving onto a new gig and will be implementing a new setup using App Express over a few sites..
