10g XE: Couldn't run "Go To Database Home Page"

Oracle Database 10g Express Edition has been installed. Clicking on "Go



To Database Home Page" opened an Internet Explorer windows that just
displayed Internet Explorer's error page with Address box set to
"http://127.0.0.1:8080/apex". 



Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
