hi Daniel Morgan,

SQL*Plus succeeds.
In the client machine i dont have any environment variable as ORACLE_SID. In the Server, In the "Init.ora" file, parameter db_name = FLAgDB.
ORACLE_HOME = c:\instantclient10_1
