Full outer joins and version 9.2.x

Oracle (9.2.0.1.0) does NOT have the full outer join bug, all
subsequent production versions of 9 DO have the bug. Version 10 has
this problem fixed.



Any tips here? Some of our clients have the not-working versions, and
some have the good ones. We'd like to be able to do full outer joins,
and not using the tedious union analog.
