I have been using Oracle Enterprise Manager when editing stored procedures,
packages and functions in addition to DBA tasks.
It used to be a part of the Oracle Installation on previous versions, but I
believe you have to download and install it separately for 10g.
I just installed the new Oracle SQLDeveloper on my FC5 workstation, but I
haven't had time to test it yet. There is a Linux version avilable for
download at www.oracle.com.
TOra is another tool that can be downloaded from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/tora
I haven't been able to find an RPM for FC5 yet, but I have used it for DBA
tasks earlier.
