OK, the thing is when starting a job with DBMS_JOB(),
it seems I always get a null value in this field.
I would like to set it to something else.
There must be a way that other applications (like sqlplus, toad, etc)
propagate this value to Oracle.
The Oracle-engine cannot know the name of the executable on a remote
host, can it?
But still the program-name shows up for those applications...
