This doesn't fix your problem, but I would think it would be really
confusing to troubleshoot this.  You name an OUT parameter in one of
your procedures (MAWB_JOB_CARD_DETAILS) in the same package with the
same name as the function (FRT_DETAILS) with which you are having a
problem...
