Oracle ADI

Dear all

Now, I am facing the environment of using the ADI (Client version). I have two environments and have build up two connection to the these two environments. One environment is worked successfuly but the other prompt "couldn't connect to the database"? Is there anything should I need to config under the server before using ADI? Any advise?
