Is there a parameter in the first set of brackets? Or are all of the brackets empty? If there is a parameter in the first set of brackets, then do a search for "ORA 7445 parameter_value" in Metalink. If you do not have access to Metalink, then you might want to do a Google search.

When you run catproc, make sure you are running this as SYS, not SYSTEM. You may already know this.
