What do you mean by a "temp" table? Post the DDL. We can't read your mind. What are you doing to populate it? Post the DML. We can't see what you are typing.
What is the code in the trigger? Post the DDL.We can't don't have access your hard disk.
How do you know it isn't being populated? Post the DML. We can't audit your work.

Please reread what you posted. How could anyone possibly help you?
