I'm trying to install Oracle Warehouse Builder 10g on a particular
machine and it gets about 75% of the way through and finishes.
However, it's not installed completely and there are various errors in
the log like this

It seems to indicate that a certain file (context.ser) does not exist in several directories but, on other machines, this files does not exist and OWB installs perfectly well. The problem only occurs on this one machine.
I've sorted out the PATH problems now so I know it's not related to that ;)
