             ORACLE HELP DESK LEAD/ OM INV WIP/ CONTRACT/ N. CAR

Our client is in need of a resource to manage the internal Helpdesk to field calls from users. This would be onsite in North Carolina (near Winston-Salem). This would be for a two months. Start time is immediate, though, can wait for a week or two for the right candidate. This is a contract position, though, there is a definite opportunity for full-time employment if desired.

Ideally, this candidate would be a combination of technical and functional. The functional skills would allow them to uncover errors from the user in established process, and the technical skills would help them if a change was uncovered that required coding to recover business flow. However, if the code is beyond this resource’s capabilities, there are other technical resources available to accommodate those needs.

The focus would not be to do process improvement or offer proactive code changes, the focus would be to maintain the status quo and not to lose the "established beachhead". This person must be fluent in OM, INV &WIP (shipping would also be nice, but not a must have).

This person could also assist in redirecting internal resources to the Data Warehouse and custom Forecasting module to deal with immediate issues in that area. Does not require extensive background in these areas.

This is a minimum four-day week, possible an occasional five-day week assignment. If four days it could be Tuesday – Friday or Monday Thursday. In either case, would also need to be accessible remotely for critical issues on the fifth day.
