Hopefully you realize that most patches are available only with a support agreement, and people passing on patches are risking losing their support agreement.

In other words - you are likely asking someone to explicitly violate their contract. Generally not considerd a good thing.

As an alternative, you might ask ORacle sales to give you a trial license - free acceess for 30 days.
