I assume that your database is 10.2.0.1, if not, things are different.

Enterprise manager is already installed on your server. At the command line, ask 'emctl status dbconsole', this will give you an URL. If the enterprise manager is not running, start it with 'emctl start dbconsole'.

Use the URL from a web browser on your PC.
