 From "Oracle Database Installation Guide 10g Release 2 (10.2) for Microsoft Windows (32-Bit)":

"Table 2-1 Hardware Requirements
Requirement Minimum Value

Physical memory (RAM)         

256 MB minimum, 512 MB recommended"
