Hi,
I appreciate the calmness of the last two posts.

I think that Usenet is a place where people can discuss, meet and share experiences and this causes beneficial side effects, as Hans said. The software I have been developing for 4 years can support Oracle since June 05: Oracle users can use and enjoy it for free, I can fix and improve DaDaBIK if Oracle pros help me in testing it.

Fortunately a newsgroup is not owned by anyone, "many of the regular participants" preferences are not rules.

I haven't read old posts before posting, it's true, but I think that replies like the one from Mark Bole move away people from Usenet.

Bye,

Eugenio. Received on Wed Oct 12 2005 - 16:12:10 CDT
