I have several ideas
- You are running a desupported version of Oracle on a platform for which the product never was certified
- You didn't look up the error message in the documentation, because otherwise you would have known the problem is your tnsnames.ora and listener.ora don't match.
- You just wasted your time by posting the crap above. It has NOTHING to do you with your problem, but obviously, being an expert hacker, you don't want to RTFM
