I'm afraid I do not believe you. I can find no such recommend box at your site. However even if it does exist I am extremely unhappy that you are collecting email addresses without their owners consent. You are then using them which amounts to spam in my book. Please desist from doing this.

A better approach would have been to post a short message to comp.databases.oracle.marketplace which exists exactly for this purpose.
