Download or order the product from technet.oracle.com. do some playing
around (sorry R&D) with it. Read the concepts guide before you read anything
else (http:tahiti.oracle.com).
As far as languages go SQL & PL/SQL are absolutely vital - beyond that its
probably a matter of whatever you get on with best.
