Education:
Bachelor degree in computer science or related field plus 5 years experience in a large complex business applications environment. Advanced degree a plus.

Job Description:
Primary responsibilities consist of supporting the Exchange Accounting (XA) application. Candidate will work with other members of the team to support over 20 demanding users. This application runs against an Oracle database on a Unix platform. SQL, PL/SQL, Java, and Business Objects are used in the daily support of this application. Other requirements consist of executing the life-cycle change process of the application, to include the gathering of requirements from users through the delivery of the final product into production. Secondary responsibilities consist of working with team members on several different applications to assist in the resolution of problems and/or design of enhancement/development strategies. This position is very key to the department and requires a solid team player that can work closely with a variety of personalities on a variety of different applications. This position is located in Cleveland, Ohio. Requires minimal travel.

Required Skills:
Requires very strong project management/leadership, analytical, & communication skills. Requires strong technical skills in the following areas: Unix, SQL, PL/SQL, Business Objects, and Oracle database structures.

Desired Skills:
Technical skills in the following areas: COBOL, COGNOS & Java. Oil company experience is a plus.
