Preinstalled Passwords to enter new oracle?

Hi,



I installed Oracle 8.0.0 Enterprise Edition on Windows NT 4.0
There should be predefined accounts such as


    internal - oracle or


    system - manager,


but when I try them I get the error "ORA-12203:TNS:Unable to connect to
destiation". (I try to connect as normal)
Why can't I enter the system with a predefined account?
