WEBDB Roles

Has anyone ever used WEBDB's ORACLE report roles like RW_ADMINISTRATOR to link to a ORACLE Reports report. If so, for some reason I do not see that role in my list of roles to assign a user. Any idea why? And also, when I get that resolved, What steps do I need to follow in order to click on the link, send the report request to the server, bring up a parameter form in the web and then send the results back to the browser!
