Let me second that.

I worked with the instructions, and various HOWTOs side by side.

The instructions are necessary, and of course wrong in spots. The HOWTOs are a great help, but ambiguous or even misleading at times.

It took me about two days to get it installed and really understand what I am doing with regards to the installation.
