Has anyone ever seen the message "error 18 creating virtual circuit" in a
trace log? What does it mean?
My setup is Unixware 2.1.2, Oracle RDBMS V7.3.4.0, configured for MTS, listener on 1521 and 1526 with 2 dispachers and 3 server processes. Received on Thu Dec 09 1999 - 09:10:48 CST
