hi..

         I install oracle 8 lite in my pc(without network support )
         how to creat a new database(train) and a new user(peter) of
database
         from oracle lite nagivatior ?
         else, still need to creat connection of new user??
         how to connect with sqlplus8????
          username?
          passwd?
          hoststring?
