Install Problem Oracle8 / Borland BDE

1. i have installed Delphi 4 with BDE5
2. i have installed NetWare 5 with Oracle8 Server.
3. i have installed the Oracle8 Client
4. i can connect to Oracle Server with Oracle Entrprise Manager
5. i have create an Oracle8 Alias in BDE Config: Typ = Oracle NetProtokoll = SPX/IPX ServerName = NW5ORACLE8 User Name=system
6. i want connect to Database and an error displayed:

        idapi error load SQLORA8.DLL

The sqlora8.dll is installed in BDE Path. I can't also load this dll directly (with Intersolv DLL Manager). The errorresult is here:

    'application req. MS Windows 32-Bit extensions'.

My system is Windows98 - is this not a 32-Bit Programm ???
