Before issuing "owsctl start wrb" and "owsctl start admin", set the env
variable OWS_ORAWEB_FEEDOMX=1 in the user account that is to start the web
request broker (wrb) and the listener (admin). This works for almost all
of those who tried it, and the performance boost is huge. Check out the
