NETG products for DBA accred. training

Could anyone please advise if you have used the NETG self paced training CD products that Oracle corporation is recommending and selling as a useful product towards DBA exam preparation for certification.

I would be interested in how useful you found this product and if completion of the cd training is enough preparation for the DBA exams.
