ORA 7.3.3/SQL*Net 2.3.3 and Windows 98

Is there anyone other than myself who can't configure 16-bit SQL*Net on a Win98 client to connect to an NT 4.0 server running SQL*Net 2.3.3?

I can connect via 32-bit just fine and can ping the server from the client. I'm using the Microsoft version of TCP/IP on both the Win98 client and NT server.

When I install the 16-bit, the TCP/IP protocol isn't detected (only Named Pipes).

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!!! Received on Fri Nov 06 1998 - 18:16:09 CST
