Robert,
  If the queries and inserts are fairly simple and you can handle an interface that is a little slow, another option is an ASP. In order to use Active Server Pages you will need to get the NT Options Pack in order to update to IIS 4.0. You will also want to get the latest Oracle ODBC driver. Ed
