Hi,
You want to add a full report text to all pages. The easiest way to do that is to place a placeholder on the report level (outside the query domain) and to assign that placeholder in the procedure where you assign your lexical value in the choise of Sort.

Then you just make a layoutfield in the layout editor that points to the placeholder - and you have your wanted effect.

Other methods include showing/hiding text-layout items .... --
