Hi Julie
I beleive SQL Server installs its own optimised kernel , however I have also heard that OracleAgent is extremely CPU intensive. As an Oracle 7.3 user - I have yet to experience Oracle 8.0 - but Im sure that installing 2 great heaving applications like these over each other must surely warrant an NT reinstall !!
